FLO Studio Terms and Conditions
1. Membership and Class Packages
- All class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Packages must be used within their validity period (typically 3-12 months depending on package type).
- Unlimited packages are subject to fair usage policy (maximum 2 classes per day).
- Introductory offers are for new clients only and may only be purchased once.
2. Booking and Cancellations
- All classes must be booked in advance through our online system.
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to class time to avoid forfeiting the session.
- Late cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) will result in loss of the session.
- No-shows will be charged for the full session.
- Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in denied entry for safety reasons.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Full payment is required at time of booking or package purchase.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase if no services have been used.
- Medical refunds require doctor's note and will be prorated based on usage.
4. Health and Safety
- Clients must complete a health questionnaire before their first class.
- Notify your instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, or health conditions before class.
- Proper athletic attire and grip socks are required for all classes.
- The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5. General Policies
- Minimum age requirement is 16 years (14 with parent/guardian supervision).
- Class schedules and instructors are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Photography/videography may occur during classes for promotional purposes.
6. COVID-19 Specific Policies
- Stay home if you have any symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19.
- Equipment will be sanitized between uses.
- Masks are optional but recommended in common areas.
